Historical Manual, 2002 TCFO The 2002 TCFO is provided for convenience only. Use the Engineering Policy Guide for up-to-date information.

Safety is MoDOT's highest priority. To keep our work zones as safe as possible, MoDOT published the Traffic Control for Field Operations (TCFO) manual in 2002. It contained information on temporary traffic control measures on the state highway system and was valuable when developing a temporary traffic control plan for specific situations.

The revisions to the TCFO were:
