Please add the year to the "cost estimate guide for rural preliminary design" document. Knowing the year these costs are representative of would allow adjustment for inflation.
Dan Tschirgi: The last date these figures were updated was added to the heading of this figure, to use in those instances where application of inflation rates is appropriate.
