The Discrimination In Employment is Prohibited by Law in Missouri (MCHR9) poster is required on all project bulletin boards per 135.4 of the EPG. However, it is not provided in the EPG or under "Contractor Resources" on the "Business with MoDOT" webpage. The form can be found on the Division of Labor website at MCHR9.
